IIn de middag van 7 februari verzamelden Yinzhou Blue Sky Emergency Rescue Team 4 leden Huang Haihui, Shu Chongjie, Zhu Jiancheng (reddingsgroep voor aardbevingen), Zhang Saixiao (medische reddingsgroep) zich op het vliegveld, klaar om het vliegtuig van 16.30 uur naar Wuhan-collectie, na voltooiing van het medisch onderzoek om naar Turkije te vliegen om aardbevingsredding uit te voeren. De duur van deze missie is 15 dagen.
